1. What we collect

2. How we use it

3. Sharing

Trustswap does not sell your data. To complete an AutoSwap order, the amounts and addresses needed for the exchange are sent to our third-party exchange provider. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud.

The public status lookup on this website shows only the non-sensitive status of a trade to someone who already holds its ID. Transcripts and ticket lists are restricted to authenticated staff.

4. Security

Escrow wallet private keys are encrypted at rest. Access to sensitive data is limited to authorised staff and sensitive actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention

We keep trade records and transcripts for as long as needed for dispute resolution, security and legal obligations, then remove or anonymise them.

6. Cookies

This website uses a single functional session cookie for staff sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Open a support ticket in our Discord server to make a request. Some records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. For questions, open a support ticket in our Discord server.
